2. Refund Policy:
  • Full Refunds: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refunds: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service, or failure to attend (no-shows), will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Special Circumstances:
  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, etc.), we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services without liability. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund.
  • Medical Emergencies: Cancellations due to medical emergencies may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to providing appropriate documentation.
4. Rescheduling Policy:
  • Advance Notice: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling within 7 days of the service may incur a fee.
  • Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
5. Group Bookings and Events:
  • Large Groups: For group bookings of people or more, a longer notice period of 7 days is required for cancellations or changes.
  • Event Deposits: Deposits for events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Voltron Assured Industries Ltd.
6. Subscription and Recurring Services:
  • Ongoing Services: For subscription or recurring services, cancellations must be made 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
  • Early Termination: If you cancel before the minimum contract period, an early termination fee may apply, as outlined in your service agreement.
